We process orders within 1-3 business days after the order is paid successfully. "Business days" refer to Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays (e.g., New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and our company’s official holidays. Order processing includes order verification, inventory confirmation, product packaging, and handover to the logistics carrier.
Note: For orders placed during peak shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), processing time may be extended by 1-2 business days due to high order volume, and we will notify you via email in advance if this occurs.
2. Delivery Scope & Restrictions
Our delivery services are only available to the contiguous United States (U.S. Mainland). The following regions are excluded from delivery and we do not provide any logistics services to them:

U.S. territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands;

U.S. military bases at home and abroad;

All U.S. affiliated islands and remote offshore areas.
Orders with shipping addresses in the above excluded regions will be automatically canceled, and the full payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
3. Delivery Time & Potential Delays
For eligible U.S. Mainland addresses, the estimated delivery time is 15-20 calendar days from the date the order is handed over to the carrier. "Calendar days" include weekends but exclude force majeure or unexpected events that cause delays.
Delivery time may be extended due to the following circumstances, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the delay and its cause:

Customs inspection: Random or targeted customs inspections by U.S. customs authorities may take 3-7 additional days;

Holidays: U.S. federal holidays, local regional holidays, or logistics carrier holiday schedules may cause delivery pauses;

Address issues: Incomplete or unclear shipping addresses provided by you require additional verification, leading to delivery delays.

Special note: The above shipping fees apply to standard-sized heater products. For oversized or overweight items additional shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page. Shipping fees do not include insurance; if you need cargo insurance, you can purchase it separately at an additional cost of $2.99 per order. Expedited shipping does not cover delivery delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, customs inspections).
5. Logistics Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the logistics carrier, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address. The email contains a unique tracking number and a link to the official logistics query platform: https://www.17track.net/en.
You can track the real-time logistics status of your package by entering the tracking number on the above platform. If the tracking information is not updated within 3 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer service for assistance.
6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For orders delivered to the U.S. Mainland, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other related fees (collectively referred to as "Taxes") are the sole responsibility of the recipient (you).
Key notes on Taxes:
