Product Warranty Policy

This warranty policy applies to genuine HANQUEELECTRIC products purchased through authorized U.S. channels (including this independent website), and is formulated to comply with U.S. consumer protection norms and Google Merchant Center transparency requirements.

1. Warranty Term

  • For all HANQUEELECTRIC products (fans, heaters, dehumidifiers, etc.), the standard limited warranty period is 12 months (1 year) from the date of original purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, invoice) is required to validate the warranty term.

2. Eligibility for Warranty Coverage

This warranty only applies to defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal household use (consistent with the product’s official user manual). To qualify:

  1. The product must be genuine HANQUEELECTRIC merchandise (purchased from authorized U.S. resellers).
  2. The defect is not caused by user error, misuse, or external factors (see Section 4 for excluded scenarios).

3. Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, the authorized service provider (Handan Taoli Advertising Co., Ltd.) will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product using genuine HANQUEELECTRIC parts, free of charge.
  • Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit of the same model (or an equivalent model if the original is discontinued), free of charge.
  • Cover reasonable shipping costs for returning the repaired/replaced product to the customer (customers are responsible for initial shipping of the defective unit to the service center; eligible shipping costs will be reimbursed upon confirmation of warranty coverage).

4. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This warranty does not apply to:

  1. Damage caused by improper use (e.g., overloading, using the product in environments not specified in the user manual).
  2. Physical damage (e.g., drops, impacts, water exposure) or modifications (e.g., unauthorized repairs, part replacements).
  3. Normal wear and tear (e.g., faded exterior, worn filters—replacement of consumable parts is a customer responsibility).
  4. Defects arising from natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes) or power surges (use of a surge protector is recommended but not covered under this warranty).
  5. Products purchased from non-authorized resellers (e.g., counterfeit merchandise, gray-market units).

5. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team (via the "Support" section of this website) with:
    • Your order number (or proof of purchase)
    • Product model number and serial number (located on the product label)
    • Detailed description and photos/videos of the defect
  2. Our team will confirm warranty eligibility within 3 business days.
  3. If approved: You will receive a pre-authorized return label (for U.S. customers); ship the defective unit to the designated service center.
  4. Repairs/replacements will be completed within 10 business days of receiving the defective unit; the repaired/replaced product will be shipped back to you at no additional cost.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • This warranty is the exclusive remedy for defects in HANQUEELECTRIC products; HANQUEELECTRIC and its authorized resellers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., property damage, lost use) arising from product defects.
  • This warranty does not alter or extend any statutory consumer rights required by U.S. state or federal law.
